Today I can safely say I am a published author.

I have spent some time attempting the traditional route with no success. Now my book Blood Line is available through Kindle and I hope people will thoroughly enjoy it.

I really enjoyed writing it. 

There are a few laughs along the way, suspense, love interest and an angel, so a number of ingredients have gone into the cake mix.

Here is a short excerpt . . .

  It was the timing of it that took me by surprise. I mean I tend to go along at a steady rate. No surprises. That way I can have everything I need in order. That means I can have more time for my imagination. It’s the dreaming that takes up quality time. It’s better without interruptions. And that Friday, that dismal, Black Friday, boy did I have an interruption.

   I had just gone up to my room to snatch some dream time from my otherwise dictated to life, and had settled myself on my bed when there was a knock on the door. More of a gentle tap. But it wasn’t a tap on my bedroom door. It was on the closet door. And it definitely was a tap.

   Anyway, when I got up and opened it an angel walked into my room.

   How did I know he was an angel?

   Well of course I didn’t know for absolute sure then. That came later.

   But it probably had something to do with his piercing blue eyes.
